Job Summary

The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling client queries, coordinating with civil and project teams, maintaining customer records, and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns related to real estate projects.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, good computer knowledge, solid coordination abilities, and a basic understanding of civil construction and real estate processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, feedback, and service requests related to real estate projects.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, site teams, project managers, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Track construction progress, possession-related queries, and pending customer requests.
- Maintain customer databases, CRM records, follow-up logs, and project documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and provide regular updates to customers.
- Coordinate site visits, customer meetings, and project-related communications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports for management.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Support documentation related to bookings, agreements, possession,



and handover, as applicable.
- Escalate technical or construction-related issues to the concerned department and monitor them until resolution.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering will be an added advantage.
- Experience in real estate CRM, customer relations, construction coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of civil construction, real estate projects, and customer handover processes.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email, and computer-based documentation.
- Knowledge of CRM software, customer databases, and MIS reporting will be an advantage.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Professional personality with a customer-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in real estate or civil construction companies will be preferred.
- Must be responsible, organized, and capable of handling multiple customer requests.
- Should be comfortable coordinating with customers, engineers, and project teams.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Salary & Benefits
