Role Overview:

Looking for an experienced General Manager to lead operations, business development, revenue generation, and commercial growth of a large indoor stadium.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drive revenue through sports events, concerts, exhibitions, and corporate MICE.

* Manage venue operations, maintenance, vendors, and safety compliance.

* Handle P&L;, budgeting, cost control, and revenue planning.

* Lead teams and coordinate with government authorities for event permissions.

Requirements:

* 15+ years of experience in hospitality, MICE, convention centres, or large event venues.

* Proven experience in event commercialization and venue management.

* Solid leadership, communication, and financial management skills.

* Knowledge of Goa’s tourism and events market.
