Ignite Fitness Club is looking for motivated, knowledgeable and member-focused fitness trainers to join our team at our Mahim branch. We want trainers who are passionate about strength training, coaching, member engagement and helping people achieve measurable fitness results.
Job responsibilities
* Guide members on the correct use of gym equipment and exercise techniques.
* Assist members with workout routines based on their fitness goals and abilities.
* Maintain proper gym-floor supervision and ensure safe exercise practices.
* Demonstrate correct exercise form and help members improve their technique.
* Support member onboarding, fitness assessments and progress tracking.
* Maintain cleanliness, equipment safety and professional gym-floor standards.
* Build positive relationships with members and encourage consistent attendance.
* Identify suitable personal training opportunities and deliver PT sessions professionally, where applicable.
* Work collaboratively with the gym management and other trainers.
Requirements
* Knowledge of strength training, resistance exercises and gym equipment.
* Good communication skills and a skilled attitude.
* Genuine interest in fitness,
coaching and helping members achieve results.
* Relevant fitness certification preferred.
* Previous gym or personal training experience preferred; suitable entry-level candidates may also apply.
* Punctuality, discipline, teamwork and willingness to learn.
