iEnergizer is hiring confident, customer-focused voice professionals for its Airtel Black /Air India(Relationship Manager (RM) process in Noida. You will handle calls from customers, resolve their queries, and build strong relationships to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Resolve queries related to services, billing, plans, and account support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium customers
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets




- Record accurate call details in the system and follow process guidelines
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude on every call

Requirements

- Any graduate
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a BPO voice process (mandatory)
- Excellent verbal communication in English
- Willingness to work from the office in Noida
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- 5 working days a week
