About the Role**
Focus Ventures is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven **Telecaller** to join our growing team in Karur. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer engagement, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities**
* Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database.
* Explain financial/loan products and services clearly to customers.
* Regular follow-ups with leads to ensure maximum conversion.
* Maintain a accurate record of client interactions and feedback.
* Work closely with the team to achieve a monthly business target of ₹1 Crore.
Requirements & Skills**
* Strong verbal communication skills in Tamil (English/Hindi is a plus).
* Prior experience in a Direct Selling Agent (DSA) office, banking, or telecalling is preferred, but freshers with a solid drive are welcome to apply.
* Good listening skills and a persuasive personality.
* Ability to handle targets effectively.
