Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, confident, and proactive Social Media Content Creator who can develop engaging content, plan effective content strategies, and manage our social media platforms. The candidate must be comfortable appearing on camera and creating videos featuring themselves to promote the brand, explain services, and engage with the target audience. They should also have knowledge of influencer marketing, social media trends, audience engagement, and brand promotion. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing innovative content ideas, planning and executing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, and creating content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
- Develop creative ideas for social media posts, reels, carousels, stories, and campaigns.
- Write compelling captions, headlines, hooks, and relevant hashtags.
- Research trending topics, industry updates, and competitor content.
- Collaborate with the graphic design and digital marketing teams to plan and execute content.
- Create monthly social media content calendars.




- Develop content for brand awareness, audience engagement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and platform updates.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and reach.

Required Skills

- Excellent written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Creativity and the ability to generate fresh content ideas.
- Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to write engaging and audience-focused captions and scripts.
- Knowledge of social media trends, hashtags, and content strategies.
- Good research skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience in social media content creation is an advantage.
- A portfolio of social media posts, captions, reels, or other content is a plus.
