We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist with 0–1 year of experience to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Freshers with good communication and problem-solving skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about company products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and within the expected timeframe.
- Respond to customer complaints and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Meet assigned performance targets and maintain service quality.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 0–1 year in customer support or customer service.

- Experience handling customer queries through calls, emails, or chat.
