About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as Sales Coordinators. Freshers with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up with leads.
- Handle incoming enquiries and maintain lead information.
- Schedule appointments and meetings with clients.
- Communicate professionally with clients and understand their requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage leads and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain good client relationships.
- Update daily call reports and lead status.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Sheets is an advantage.
- Confidence in handling phone calls and client interactions.
- Willingness to learn and achieve sales targets.
