Field Sales Executive – Garments & Apparel

MCUT Factory is a garment manufacturing and wholesale company supplying shirts, T-shirts, uniforms, and customised apparel to businesses and retailers across Tamil Nadu.

We are expanding our field sales operations in Chennai and are looking for motivated individuals who enjoy meeting customers, developing business relationships, and generating sales.

This is a field-based role involving visits to retail shops and business establishments across assigned areas in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit 6–8 prospective customers per day in assigned areas of Chennai.
- Meet retail garment shops, hotels, restaurants, schools, colleges, and corporate offices.
- Present product samples, catalogues, and available apparel options.
- Explain product quality, customisation services, pricing, and wholesale offers.
- Identify potential customers, generate enquiries, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
- Collect customer requirements and coordinate with the factory team for quotations and order processing.
- Submit daily visit reports and customer follow-up updates.
- Follow the assigned sales route and achieve agreed sales targets.

Requirements





- Based in Chennai or willing to travel regularly within Chennai for field sales.
- Good communication skills in Tamil.
- Comfortable with daily customer visits, local travel, and outdoor work.
- Access to a smartphone with internet connectivity for customer communication and reporting.
- Self-motivated, organised, and willing to work towards sales targets.
- Previous field sales or marketing experience is an advantage, but freshers with a willingness to learn may also apply.
