About BlinkRest

BlinkRest is a restaurant technology platform helping restaurants streamline their operations through digital menus, QR ordering, billing, Kitchen Order Tickets (KOT) and restaurant management tools.

We are looking for AI-first interns who are excited about using modern AI tools, intelligent research workflows and automation to build a scalable B2B lead generation pipeline.

What You’ll Do

- Use Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and other AI assistants to research and qualify potential restaurant customers.
- Use Apollo.io, where available, to identify relevant businesses and business decision-makers.
- Build targeted prospect lists of restaurants, cafes, QSRs and cloud kitchens across Jaipur.
- Use AI-assisted workflows to enrich, categorize, score and prioritize leads.
- Verify business information and maintain an accurate lead database in Google Sheets.
- Identify high-potential prospects for BlinkRest’s restaurant management and QR ordering solutions.
- Experiment with AI workflows and tools such as n8n to reduce repetitive research tasks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide qualified leads for calling, demos and field visits.
- Track lead quality and suggest ways to improve the lead generation process.

Skills We’re Looking For

- Interest in AI tools, prompt engineering and AI-powered workflows.
- Familiarity with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or similar AI assistants.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
- Strong online research and data verification skills.
- Attention to detail and an analytical mindset.




- Interest in B2B sales, SaaS, startups or business development.

Bonus Skills

- Apollo.io or other prospecting platforms.
- n8n, workflow automation, APIs or AI agents.
- CRM tools and lead scoring.
- Experience with sales research or market mapping.

Previous work experience is not required. College students and freshers with a genuine interest in AI are encouraged to apply.

Significant: BlinkRest will not provide paid AI subscriptions, Apollo.io seats, API credits or other paid tool plans. Applicants are not required to purchase subscriptions to participate.

Internship & Stipend Details

- Duration: 3 months.
- Work arrangement: Remote.
- Performance-based stipend of up to ₹10,000 per month.
- Stipend eligibility and amount will depend on clearly communicated performance criteria, lead quality, accuracy, consistency and agreed deliverables.
- Training, responsibilities, working expectations and the stipend structure will be explained during onboarding.
