Blueline Foods is engaged in the manufacturing and export of quality feed ingredients catering to the Poultry, Aquaculture, Cattle and Pet Feed industries.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and capable General Manager – Administration to oversee and manage the overall administrative operations of our Company at Balmatta, Mangaluru.

The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative leadership, organisational and managerial capabilities, with the ability to ensure smooth and productive functioning of the Company.

This is a senior level position requiring a mature, responsible and disciplined professional with substantial experience in administration and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the overall administrative operations of the Head Office.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all office activities.
- Establish and maintain effective administrative systems and procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate administrative activities and office staff.
- Ensure proper internal coordination and efficient workflow across departments.
- Handle administrative matters with professionalism,



accountability and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with management and ensure effective implementation of administrative decisions.

Eligibility & Experience:

- Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience in administration and management.
- Strong leadership, organisational and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently handle senior-level administrative responsibilities.
- A responsible, disciplined and result-oriented approach to work.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experienced professionals with a strong background in administration and organisational management are encouraged to apply.
- Retired banking professionals and former bank officials are what we are looking for. Their experience in administration, operations, institutional management and organisational discipline would be a valuable asset to our organisation.
- Candidates with substantial experience in handling administrative and managerial responsibilities will be given preference.
