- Inspect raw materials, fabrics, trims and accessories to ensure compliance with approved quality standards.
- Conduct fabric inspection and identify defects such as stains, holes, weaving defects, shade variation and other quality issues.
- Perform in-process quality inspections across cutting, stitching, printing, embroidery, finishing and packing.
- Verify product measurements, stitching quality, workmanship, colour matching and approved sample specifications.
- Ensure products meet buyer requirements, technical specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct inline, end-line and final inspections as per the approved inspection procedures and AQL standards, where applicable.
- Monitor quality defects, identify root causes and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with production teams.
- Inspect finished home textile products such as bedsheets, pillow covers, duvet covers, curtains and other textile products.
- Verify product labelling, folding, packing, assortment,



barcode and carton details as per buyer packing instructions.
- Maintain quality inspection reports, defect records, rejection reports and other relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing and Packing departments to resolve quality issues.
- Monitor rework, rejection, defect rates and customer complaints, and implement continuous improvement measures.
- Ensure defective products are identified, segregated and re-inspected after corrective action.
- Train operators, checkers and production staff on quality requirements and defect prevention.
- Support buyer inspections, quality audits and compliance with customer-specific quality standards.

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
