We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our retail team in Jaipur. If you enjoy interacting with customers, have an interest in fashion and jewellery, and want to grow in retail, we would love to hear from you!

1. Store Manager
Experience: 1+ year preferred in retail, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead the sales team and work towards achieving sales targets.
- Deliver an excellent and personalised customer experience.
- Assist customers with jewellery selection and product recommendations.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and store records.
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and brand standards.
- Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with the Head Office.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

2. Sales Executive
Experience:



Freshers are welcome; 6 months to 1 year of retail or sales experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and understand their preferences.
- Recommend jewellery pieces based on customer needs and styling preferences.
- Explain product features, pricing, and details.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Maintain attractive product displays and store presentation.
- Assist with stock management and daily sales reporting.
- Build positive customer relationships and provide a memorable shopping experience.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset.
- Confidence in interacting with customers.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn store systems.
- Interest in jewellery, fashion, and styling.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
