We are seeking a proactive Client Support Executive to serve as the bridge between our active clients, the technical team, and internal management. You will be the primary point of contact for onboarding queries, CRM guidance, and service updates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the direct point of contact for active clients, resolving service requests and inquiries promptly.
- Address client issues related to our proprietary CRM portal, diagnosing problems and coordinating directly with our tech team for fast resolution.
- Facilitate client requirements and service adjustments by aligning with campaign managers and leadership.
- De-escalate client concerns with professionalism, maintaining clear documentation and proactive follow-ups.

Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.




- Strong emotional intelligence—ability to handle high-pressure situations, difficult conversations, and diverse client temperaments calmly.
- Basic tech-savviness and comfort learning/explaining web dashboards and CRM tools.
- Prior experience in customer support, account management, or B2B client handling is a plus (Freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply).
