About the Role

Maduras Herbals Private Limited is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to develop and maintain B2B customer relationships across Tamil Nadu.

This is primarily a field-based position. The Sales Officer will directly visit potential and existing customers, understand their requirements, introduce our products and company, generate new business opportunities, and maintain continuous relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Travel across assigned areas in Tamil Nadu and meet customers directly at their business locations.
- Identify and approach new potential B2B customers and companies.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into active customers.
- Introduce Maduras Herbals and explain our products, pricing, quality, and supply capabilities.
- Build relationships with manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers and other relevant businesses.
- Maintain continuous communication and follow-up with existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for repeat and bulk orders.
- Develop recent company contacts and business relationships in assigned territories.
- Follow up on quotations, samples, enquiries and pending orders.
- Collect market information including customer requirements, competitor activity and potential new products.
- Maintain proper records of customer visits, leads,



follow-ups and sales opportunities.
- Submit regular field visit and sales reports to management.
- Work toward monthly targets for customer visits, qualified leads, new customers and sales.

- Comfortable with regular field travel across Tamil Nadu.
- Strong in face-to-face communication and relationship building.
- Able to independently identify and approach new companies.
- Confident in meeting business owners, purchase teams and decision-makers.
- Good at sales follow-up and customer relationship management.
- Target-oriented and disciplined in daily field activities.
- Able to communicate effectively in Tamil and English.
- Previous experience in B2B field sales will be an advantage.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Allowances: Field/travel-related allowances will be provided as per company policy.

Main Objective

The Field Sales Officer's main objective is not only to achieve sales, but to build a strong B2B customer network for Maduras Herbals throughout Tamil Nadu.

The officer should continuously:

Visit → Connect → Understand Requirement → Generate Lead → Follow Up → Convert → Maintain Relationship → Generate Repeat Business

Role Recap

This position is focused on direct customer visits, new lead generation, new customer acquisition, company-to-company relationship development, and long-term customer relationship management across Tamil Nadu.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
