Role Summary
We are looking for Architects to support the design team on residential and commercial projects, from concept through execution. You will work under senior architects and assist with drawings, design development, and site coordination. Responsibilities will match your experience level.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D models
- Assist in concept design, design development, and working drawings
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Make site visits and report progress to senior architects
- Assist with municipal approvals and documentation (MCGM/BMC norms)
- Maintain drawing records and revisions

Requirements

- B.Arch from a COA-recognised institution
- Proficiency in AutoCAD,



SketchUp, and Revit
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and rendering tools (Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape)
- Good understanding of building codes and DCPR 2034 regulations
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Mumbai
- Must be able to commute to Andheri East daily

Good to Have

- Internship or project experience in an architecture firm
- Knowledge of BIM workflows

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹55,000+ per month, based on experience, capability, and attitude

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
