Job Role
We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive who can communicate with clients, understand their property requirements, and identify suitable properties available for sale or rent. The role mainly involves telecalling, gathering client details, matching requirements with available properties, and coordinating with the respective team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Make calls to clients and understand their property requirements.
- Collect basic details such as budget, preferred location, property type, and purpose of purchase or rental.
- Gather information about properties available for sale or rent.
- Match client requirements with suitable available properties.
- Share the matched client and property details with the respective team for further follow-up.
- Maintain client information and update call and follow-up records.
- Follow up with clients to understand their updated requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of potential clients.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of real estate or willingness to learn.
- Comfortable with telecalling and regular client follow-ups.
- Ability to understand client requirements and identify suitable property options.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month.
- Salary will be decided based on interview performance, relevant experience, knowledge, and skills.
- Performance-based incentives will be provided in addition to the fixed salary.
