We are hiring an enthusiastic HR Executive with a minimum of 6 months of recruitment experience to manage hiring activities and support overall HR operations. The ideal candidate should be confident in candidate communication, efficient in recruitment coordination, and committed to meeting hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates through various sourcing channels.
- Review applications, shortlist profiles, and conduct preliminary screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and respective departments.
- Ensure timely follow-ups, collect interview feedback, and track hiring progress.
- Assist in candidate selection, offer communication, and joining confirmation.
- Manage employee documentation, onboarding formalities, and recruitment reports.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Solid coordination, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring assignments.
