Job Summary

SPD Constructions Ltd. is looking for an experienced Finishing Engineer – QA/QC to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all high rise building finishing activities. The ideal candidate must have mandatory experience in high rise building construction projects, with strong knowledge of finishing works, quality inspections, technical specifications, and quality control procedures. Experience in government projects will be an added advantage.

Job Summary

SPD Constructions Ltd. is looking for an experienced Finishing Engineer – QA/QC to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all high rise building finishing activities. The ideal candidate must have mandatory experience in building construction projects, with strong knowledge of finishing works, quality inspections, technical specifications, and quality control procedures. Experience in government projects will be an added advantage.

- Conduct pre-inspection checks and coordinate with consultants or client representatives for work approvals.
- Verify materials used in finishing works against approved material specifications and technical submittals.




- Monitor workmanship and ensure adherence to approved samples, mock-ups, and project quality requirements.
- Maintain records of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and inspection observations.
- Ensure proper implementation of the project Quality Management System (QMS) and adherence to applicable ISO standards.
- Coordinate with the execution team to minimize rework and ensure timely completion of finishing activities without compromising quality.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in QA/QC for building construction projects.
- Building project experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction specifications, inspection procedures, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and approved method statements.
- Good documentation, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in government building projects will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with consultant inspections, client approvals, and project quality documentation.
- Experience in high-rise, commercial, institutional, or other large-scale building projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
