Job description:

Role: Solar Field Sales Executive

Location: Ghaziabad

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹22,000–₹23,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and identify potential customers for solar products/services.

- Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers.

- Explain solar solutions, pricing, and benefits to customers.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

- Maintain records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.

- Coordinate with the internal team regarding quotations, orders, and installation.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in field sales.

- Solar/renewable energy sales experience will be preferred.

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.

- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.

- Willingness to travel for field sales.

- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
