Role summary

Support design development and documentation for laboratory, healthcare, and R&D interior projects.

Translate design inputs into accurate drawings, coordinated layouts, and execution-ready documentation

under supervision.

Work within technically demanding environments requiring alignment with MEP systems, equipment

layouts, and service-intensive planning. Support project workflows including and not limited to spatial

planning, detailing, consultant coordination, and execution alignment

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

1. Drawing Production & Documentation

Prepare accurate drawings aligned with design inputs and project requirements.

 Develop layout drawings based on design direction

 Produce detailed drawings and documentation sets

 Maintain drawing accuracy and consistency

 Follow established documentation standards

 Update drawings based on feedback and revisions

2. Spatial Planning Support

Support layout development with focus on functional planning and coordination

 Assist in zoning and adjacency planning

 Translate concepts into workable layouts

 Align layouts with service requirements

 Validate furniture and equipment placement

 Identify layout inconsistencies

3. Technical Detailing Support

Assist in development of detailing aligned with execution requirements.

 Prepare joinery and interior detailing drawings

 Support ceiling and service coordination layouts

 Follow detailing standards and guidelines

 Maintain clarity in detailing output

 Support development of buildable solutions

4. Documentation Coordination & Updates

Maintain drawing sets and ensure all updates are incorporated accurately.

 Track drawing revisions

 Update drawings based on consultant inputs

 Maintain version control

 Ensure consistency across drawing packages





 Support documentation completeness

5. Consultant Coordination Support

Assist in coordination between design and service consultants.

 Incorporate MEP inputs into drawings

 Update layouts based on coordination requirements

 Identify basic clashes or inconsistencies

 Escalate coordination issues

 Maintain updated coordinated drawings

6. Design–Execution Support

Support site teams to ensure drawings are implemented correctly.

 Assist in resolving site-level drawing queries

 Update drawings based on site feedback

 Support shop drawing review

 Ensure drawings reflect execution realities

 Coordinate with project manager and site teams

7. Client Interaction Support

Support design discussions and presentations under supervision.

 Assist in preparing presentation drawings

 Support documentation of client feedback

 Incorporate approved changes into drawings

 Maintain clarity in presentation outputs

8. Design Quality & Consistency

Maintain quality and consistency across all drawings and deliverables.

 Follow approved design intent

 Maintain detailing consistency

 Avoid documentation errors

 Ensure alignment across drawings

Identify and flag issues that may impact execution or coordination.

 Identify drawing inconsistencies

Mandatory Requirements

 3–6 years of relevant experience in interior design projects

 Experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial / healthcare / lab preferred)

 Experience in preparing working drawings and documentation

 Basic exposure to MEP coordination and service-integrated layouts

 Experience supporting execution or site coordination

 Exposure to healthcare / laboratory / technical environments (preferred; solid commercial fit-out

candidates may be considered)

 Degree in Architecture or Interior Design

Nice To Have (Value Add)

 Exposure to laboratory / healthcare / R&D interiors

 Revit / BIM knowledge

 Experience in design-build environments

 Exposure to site coordination

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
