Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Communicate with customers professionally.
- Explain products and services.
- Generate leads and follow up with customers.
- Resolve customer queries and maintain records.
- Achieve daily calling and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Valuable communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident, polite, and hardworking.
- Hindi/Punjabi/English speaking preferred.
