JOB DESCRIPTION: TELECALLER EXECUTIVE

Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Institution Overview:

GIFT Autonomous, Bhubaneswar. A College of Repute imparting Diploma, B.Tech, M.Sc, M.Tech, MCA, MBA, PhD, BBA, BCA. Students are mainly from Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal.

Location: GIFT Autonomous, Bhubaneswar.

Role Overview

The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and parents through telecounselling. The role focuses on student guidance, admissions support, and relationship management to enhance enrolment outcomes and institutional outreach.

Key Responsibilities

1. Telecounselling (Inbound & Outbound)

- Handle incoming admission-related queries through phone calls and other communication channels.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students generated through various campaigns and databases.
- Maintain structured follow-up to convert leads into admissions.

2. Lead Conversion & Admission Support

- Guide prospective candidates through the admission process.
- Ensure effective conversion of leads into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain proper records of interactions and conversions.

3. Data Management & Reporting

- Maintain daily reports on calls, conversions, and pipeline status.
- Update CRM or admission tracking systems regularly.

Eligibility Criteria

12th pass & Graduate in any discipline





Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Odia (preferred).

Good communication in Bengali will be an added advantage

Basic proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, email handling & data handling.

Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales-oriented roles will be an advantage.

Salary: As per market Standard
