Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the wooden & plywood packaging and packaging materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling wooden packaging products (pallets, crates, custom wooden & plywood boxes) and packaging materials such as Stretch Film, PET Straps, Bubble Rolls, and other industrial packaging solutions. The candidate should have a strong ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored packaging solutions to solve specific challenges related to product safety, transport, and storage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for wooden packaging and packaging materials.
- Understand customer pain points and offer customized packaging solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer demands.
- Promote and sell products such as wooden pallets, crates, stretch film, PET straps, bubble rolls, and other industrial packaging materials.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations on the best packaging materials and methods to enhance product safety and cost efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sales agreements.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.




- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Offer after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Bsc, B.Com, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in wooden packaging and packaging materials trading.
- Robust understanding of industrial packaging products (Stretch Film, PET Straps, Bubble Rolls, etc.).
- Ability to analyze customer packaging challenges and propose effective packaging solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Able to handle Sales lead platoform like Indiamart, Justdail etc.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Valid driver's license (if applicable).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
