The ideal candidates should have prior experience in personal training or fitness coaching, excellent communication skills, and a strong passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide members on workout routines and exercise techniques.
- Provide personalized fitness training based on individual goals.
- Ensure correct exercise form and safe workout practices.
- Motivate members and track their fitness progress.
- Maintain qualified relationships and deliver an excellent member experience.
Requirements
- Prior experience in fitness training or personal training is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of workout techniques and fitness principles.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a passion for fitness.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
