Job Description:

VPMM Group of Educational Institutions is seeking qualified and dedicated nursing faculty members for the following specializations at V.P.M.M. College of Nursing.

Specializations:

- Child Health Nursing
- Mental Health Nursing
- Community Health Nursing
- Medical-Surgical Nursing

Qualification:

- M.Sc. Nursing in any of the above specializations.
- B.Sc. Nursing candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience may also apply.
- Valid Tamil Nadu Nurses and Midwives Council (TNNMC) registration is mandatory.
- Qualifications must meet applicable Indian Nursing Council (INC) and regulatory norms.

Experience:

- M.Sc. Nursing candidates with 3 years of experience may apply.
- Freshers with M.Sc. Nursing are also eligible to apply, subject to applicable norms.
- B.Sc. Nursing candidates with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience may apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct nursing theory and practical classes.
- Supervise clinical training and practical sessions.




- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide and mentor students in academic and professional development.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, and departmental activities.
- Maintain academic records and contribute to institutional development.

Candidate Profile:

- Strong nursing knowledge and clinical skills.
- Good communication and teaching abilities.
- Commitment to student learning and professional nursing education.
- Valid TNNMC registration.
