- Role Name: Technical Trainer – Home Appliances / Consumer Durables • Core Goal: Build technical competency, protected handling practices, and expert troubleshooting skills for various white goods and small home appliances. Key Responsibilities • Training Delivery: Conduct classroom sessions and hands-on laboratory workshops on assembly, disassembly, and repairs. • Product Scope Coverage: Train on major and minor appliances including split/window ACs, direct cool/frost-free refrigerators, washing machines, water purifiers, microwave ovens, and mixer-grinders. • Curriculum & Content: Develop training modules, troubleshooting guides, and practical assessments in line with industry quality standards or skill frameworks (such as QP/NSDC guidelines). • Demonstrations: Show correct installation steps,



preventive maintenance routines, and diagnostic procedures. • Progress Tracking: Monitor attendance, evaluate student or technician performance, and report skill gaps.

Pay: ₹30,052.98 - ₹50,033.05 per month
