A Soft Skill Trainer is responsible for enhancing interpersonal, communication, and professional skills of students or employees to improve workplace effectiveness and overall personality development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct training sessions on communication skills, personality development, and professional etiquette
- Deliver workshops on teamwork, leadership, time management, and problem-solving
- Train candidates in interview preparation and presentation skills
- Develop training materials, modules, and assessment tools
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Organize mock interviews, group discussions, and role-play activities
- Track progress and prepare training reports

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
- Good understanding of corporate behavior and workplace culture
- Ability to engage and motivate learners
- Patience and robust interpersonal skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferred in English, HR, Psychology, or related field)
- 1–4 years of experience in training, teach

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
