Job Summary

We are urgently hiring a Salesman cum Driver for a direct company employment opportunity in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have valuable sales and customer-handling skills, driving ability, and the motivation to achieve sales targets.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering products to customers, developing customer relationships, promoting company products, collecting orders, and supporting daily sales and distribution activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the company vehicle safely to assigned customer locations and sales territories.
- Visit shops, retailers, and other customers to promote and sell company products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and generate customer orders.
- Deliver products accurately and on time.
- Ensure proper handling of goods during loading, transportation, and delivery.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Collect payments from customers where authorized and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare daily sales reports, delivery records, and customer visit reports.
- Monitor stock carried in the vehicle and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Follow assigned routes, delivery schedules, traffic rules, and company policies.




- Maintain the cleanliness and basic condition of the company vehicle.
- Coordinate with the sales supervisor and other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

- Previous experience in sales, distribution, or driving is preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, wholesale, retail distribution, or route sales is an advantage.
- Valid driving licence appropriate for the assigned vehicle is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
- Ability to promote products and achieve sales targets.
- Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.
- Willingness to travel within assigned sales territories.
- Basic numerical skills for order handling and sales documentation.
- Age up to 40 years, subject to applicable employment requirements.
- Candidates from Kerala and Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply, as specified in the recruitment requirement.
