Mewtech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is urgently looking for an experienced and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. Candidates with hands-on experience in biometric attendance systems, printers, computer hardware, and CCTV systems are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and service eSSL biometric attendance and access control devices.
- Handle barcode printers, thermal printers, ID card printers, and barcode scanners.
- Diagnose and resolve computer hardware, Windows OS, networking, and peripheral-related issues.
- Install and troubleshoot CCTV cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and related security systems.
- Provide customer support through phone, remote access, and on-site visits.
- Conduct product demonstrations, preventive maintenance, and equipment repairs.
- Prepare service reports and coordinate with the sales and service teams.
- Learn and support additional IT products offered by the company.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant technical experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with biometric devices, printers, and computer hardware.
- Knowledge of CCTV installation and troubleshooting is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of networking, Windows, and software configuration.
- Good troubleshooting,



communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations for field service.
- Ability to work independently and learn new technologies.
