Job Description

Group Medical Coverage (GMC Team): Your responsibilities will include:

- Risk assessment and pricing of GMC proposals

- Monitor the Group Mediclaim (GMC) portfolio performance and identify segments with high growth and profitability potential.

- Assist in initiatives to improve Combined Operating Ratio (COR) and reduce Underwriting Turnaround Time (TAT).

- Contribute to the design and rollout of creative products, features, and functionalities aligned with market needs.

- Support planning and coordination of technological enhancements to strengthen Group Health offerings.

- Participate in internal audits of the underwriting process to ensure compliance and minimize leakage.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and automation

Eligibility Criteria: MBA (Specialization in General Management/Marketing/Finance)
