Job Overview

We are hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations and develop business across the assigned region. The candidate will manage sales teams, strengthen distributor networks, build relationships with Ayurvedic doctors, and ensure achievement of regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve regional business targets.
- Lead, guide, and monitor Area Sales Managers and sales executives.
- Build relationships with Ayurvedic doctors, clinics, hospitals, and key customers.
- Expand the distributor, stockist, and channel partner network.
- Review regional sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Monitor primary sales, secondary sales, stock availability, and collections.
- Conduct market visits and review team performance.
- Guide the team on product promotion and doctor engagement activities.
- Identify new markets and develop business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market conditions, and product movement.
- Prepare regional sales reports and present performance updates to management.




- Coordinate with internal departments to improve sales and distribution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing practices.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic product sales and regional market development.
- Experience in distributor and channel management.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in sales planning, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to manage large territories and achieve business targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Eligibility

- Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in Ayurveda, Ayurvedic Pharmaceuticals, Herbal, or Nutraceutical products preferred.
- Previous experience as a Regional Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role is preferred.
- Experience managing Area Sales Managers and distributor networks is an advantage.
- A strong professional network of Ayurvedic doctors and distributors is preferred.
