Job Summary

We are looking for skilled and experienced CNG Kit Conversion Technicians to handle the installation, conversion, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CNG kits in vehicles. The candidate should have practical knowledge of automotive systems, CNG fuel systems, and secure installation procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and convert petrol vehicles to CNG systems as per approved specifications and applicable regulations.
- Perform CNG kit fitting, piping, cylinder mounting, regulator installation, injector fitting, and electrical connections.
- Inspect and diagnose faults in CNG fuel systems and associated vehicle components.
- Conduct leak testing, pressure checks, calibration, and performance testing after installation.
- Troubleshoot issues related to CNG injectors, regulators, solenoid valves, sensors, wiring, and ECU systems.
- Carry out routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of CNG conversion systems.
- Ensure all conversion work complies with applicable safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Maintain service records, installation reports, inspection checklists, and job cards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other technicians to complete assigned work efficiently.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe working environment.

Required Qualifications





- ITI / Diploma in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CNG kit conversion, installation, or automotive gas systems.
- Practical knowledge of vehicle mechanical systems, fuel injection systems, and automotive electrical wiring.
- Ability to identify and rectify technical faults independently.
- Knowledge of CNG safety procedures and leak detection methods.
- Experience with approved CNG conversion systems will be an added advantage.

Safety & Compliance

The technician must strictly follow approved installation procedures, use appropriate testing equipment, and ensure that all CNG conversions and repairs are carried out only by authorized personnel in accordance with applicable regulations. No vehicle should be released until the required inspections and safety checks are completed.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
