Job Description

We are looking for a Training Executive to train sales staff, dealers, and installation teams on our products, sales techniques, and installation procedures. The candidate should have good communication skills, product presentation skills, and a willingness to travel for dealer visits and project-site training.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product training for sales staff, dealers, and installation teams.
- Explain product features, benefits, applications, pricing, and sales techniques.
- Conduct practical product demonstrations and installation training.
- Prepare training presentations, product guides, videos, and assessment materials.
- Identify training needs based on sales performance, customer feedback, and installation issues.
- Conduct product knowledge tests and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Coordinate with sales managers, dealers, and installation teams.
- Track training attendance, assessment scores, and performance improvements.
- Visit dealers and project sites as required.




- Stay updated on new products, specifications, pricing, and installation methods.

Products Covered
Gypsum Tile, T-Grid, Soffit Panel, Mineral Fibre Tile, PVC Panel, PVC Fluted Panel, UV Marble Sheet, WPC Panel, Charcoal Louvers, and installation services.

Required Skills

- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in product training, sales training, or technical training.
- Strong product explanation and demonstration skills.
- Ability to explain technical information in simple English, Hindi and Gujarati.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Canva.
- Positive planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to engage different audiences and measure training results.

Experience
Experience in training, sales, building materials, interior products, or installation-related work will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate
A confident, practical, and result-oriented person who can improve product knowledge, sales performance, and installation quality through effective training.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
