Senior Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to coordinate IT projects, manage delivery timelines, track risks and dependencies, and collaborate with stakeholders and distributed teams to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities Define and track project scope, deliverables, schedules, resources, and dependencies. Maintain project trackers, status reports, risks, issues, and action items. Monitor project progress, follow up on commitments, and escalate delivery risks. Coordinate offshore teams, stakeholders, and external vendors. Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely closure of action items. Track defects, technical issues, change rollouts, and post-launch activities. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership. Must-Have Skills 5+ years of IT project coordination or project management experience. Solid project planning, scheduling,



and dependency tracking skills. Experience in risk, issue, defect, and resource management. Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting skills. Experience coordinating distributed teams and vendors. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and lightweight project tracking. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills. Excellent written and verbal English communication. PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification. Good-to-Have Skills Experience working with international stakeholders, particularly Canadian teams. Exposure to Calgary-based stakeholders and cross-time-zone collaboration. Experience coordinating technical change rollouts and post-launch support. Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kerala Agri-university, Thrissur, Kerala
