Job Description

Source Trace Consulting is looking for a dedicated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team on a full-time, work-from-home basis.

This opportunity is particularly suitable for experienced recruiters, homemakers, and professionals returning to work after a career break who are looking to restart or continue their careers in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source relevant candidates through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate discussions, and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Work towards consistent closures and meet assigned hiring targets.

Eligibility Criteria





- Minimum 2 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
- Practical experience using Naukri, Shine, and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
- Good communication, screening, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage recruitment deadlines.
- A disciplined, consistent, and target-oriented approach.
