We are looking for an enthusiastic, disciplined and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive / Education Sales Counsellor to help grow our training business.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact interested prospective learners through approved company channels.
- Understand their learning goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course structure, learning outcomes, packages and fees.
- Conduct counselling conversations and follow up professionally.
- Convert qualified enquiries into paid course enrolments.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update the company CRM.
- Coordinate with the founder on technical and programme-related queries.
- Meet realistic sales and student-enrolment targets.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in EdTech sales, admissions counselling, online-course sales or inside sales.
- Good Hindi and English communication.
- Ability to handle questions and objections professionally.
- Experience managing leads, follow-ups and sales conversion.
- Basic CRM and Google Sheets knowledge.
- Reliable internet, laptop and a skilled remote working environment.
- Self-discipline, integrity and strong customer-service skills.
Export-import industry knowledge is an advantage, but not mandatory. Product training will be provided.
