- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Conduct employee onboarding and maintain HR documentation.
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, and payroll process.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and applicable labour laws.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle multiple HR tasks efficiently while working independently.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Positive understanding of HR policies and labour laws (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
