About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic QA Intern to join our technology team. The intern will work closely with developers and the product team to test web/mobile applications, identify issues, and help ensure a smooth and reliable user experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand product requirements and user workflows.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.
- Test web and mobile applications across different browsers and devices.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track bugs with clear steps and supporting screenshots/videos.
- Retest bugs after fixes and perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not impacted.
- Perform UI, usability, responsiveness, and cross-browser testing.
- Assist with API testing using Postman.
- Maintain test cases, bug trackers, and QA documentation.
- Work closely with developers to understand and resolve reported issues.
- Participate in release testing and post-deployment validation.




- Assist the QA team in improving testing processes and coverage.
- Learn and support automation testing as required.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of Software Testing, SDLC and STLC.
- Basic knowledge of manual testing and test case preparation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to identify edge cases and unexpected application behaviour.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of web/mobile applications.
- Willingness to learn QA tools and automation.

What We're Looking For

- Knowledge of Postman/API testing.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/database testing.
- Familiarity with Jira or other bug-tracking tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS or JavaScript.
- Exposure to Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or any automation framework.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
