About the Role

Live in Leaves LLP is looking for a qualified and motivated Advocate to join our real estate team. The candidate will handle property-related legal matters, documentation, agreements, legal verification, and provide legal support for real estate transactions and projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and verify property sale deeds, sale agreements, lease agreements, rental agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence and verify property titles, ownership records, encumbrance certificates, and related documents.
- Handle property registration processes and coordinate with registration offices and government departments.
- Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, land acquisition, property disputes, and contractual matters.
- Prepare and review legal notices, affidavits, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
- Support the team in resolving property-related legal issues and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Coordinate with clients, property owners, developers, and other legal professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of legal documents and case-related information.





Eligibility Criteria

- LLB degree from a recognized university.
- Valid Bar Council enrolment.
- Experience in real estate law, property documentation, or civil law is preferred.
- Freshers with solid legal knowledge and an interest in real estate law may also apply.
- Good drafting, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of property registration procedures and relevant Tamil Nadu land records is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the real estate team.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000, based on qualifications and experience.
