Job Overview

We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and creative Marketing Strategist, SEO & Growth Marketing Executive to plan and execute marketing strategies for Orgvein and its clients. This role focuses on brand positioning, digital marketing, SEO, campaign planning, lead generation, and business growth. The ideal candidate should understand how marketing contributes to business objectives and be able to translate market research, customer insights, and performance data into actionable strategies. The candidate will work closely with the AI Content Creator & Video Production Specialist and AI Graphic Designer to ensure that all creative output aligns with marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop marketing strategies, monthly plans, and content calendars to achieve brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth.

● Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify target audiences, market opportunities, and brand positioning strategies.

● Perform SEO activities, including keyword research, website optimisation, and improving organic search visibility.

● Analyse marketing performance, website traffic, leads, and conversions to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.

● Prepare campaign concepts, creative briefs, and content strategies aligned with business objectives.

● Guide the AI Content Creator and Graphic Designer to ensure consistent branding and effective marketing execution.

● Track marketing KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend data-driven improvements to achieve business goals.





Required Skills & Qualifications

● 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, growth marketing, marketing strategy, or a related field.

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.

● Basic to good understanding of digital marketing, SEO, branding, and content marketing.

● Knowledge of keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and website optimisation.

● Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and social media analytics.

● Understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, customer journeys, and conversion metrics.

● Strong analytical thinking, research skills, and problem-solving abilities.

● Good written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to plan campaigns, coordinate with creative teams, and manage deadlines.

● Willingness to learn new marketing tools, AI technologies, and growth strategies.

Preferred Skills

● Familiarity with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, or similar platforms.

● Basic knowledge of paid advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.

● Understanding of content strategy, social media marketing, and brand communication.

● Familiarity with AI tools for marketing research, content planning, and campaign analysis.

● Knowledge of GEO and AI-search visibility strategies is an advantage.

● Experience preparing marketing reports, campaign plans, or content calendars is preferred.
