Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Student Engagement Executive to build strong relationships with prospective and enrolled students, handle enquiries, provide course information, and support student engagement and admission activities.

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience:

- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in student engagement, counselling, admissions, or customer service is preferred.

Essential Skills:

- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Valuable follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:





- Communicate with prospective students and address their enquiries.
- Provide course details and guidance throughout the admission process.
- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails.
- Maintain student databases and update enquiry statuses.
- Build positive relationships with students and ensure timely support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve student engagement.
- Support admission campaigns and achieve enrolment targets.
- Prepare daily follow-up and engagement reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
