Job Description

- Lead and manage the end-to-end presales and proposal development process, including reviewing RFQs, RFPs, and other business opportunities to assess client requirements, scope, feasibility, evaluation criteria, and submission criteria
- Develop and oversee high-quality proposals, bid responses, client presentations, and other presales documentation, ensuring that content is tailored to client requirements and meets defined quality and compliance standards
- Conduct market research to support assessment, proposal strategy, solution development and informed decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, and Business Development, to gather inputs related to project scope, timelines, costing, capabilities, and operational feasibility, and consolidate these into comprehensive proposals
- Lead, mentor, and manage the presales team, including work allocation, monitoring deliverables, providing guidance, and ensuring timely completion of proposals and other presales activities
- Maintain and update proposal repositories, templates, case studies, company credentials, past submissions and other bid-related documentation to ensure the availability of relevant and up-to-date materials
- Ensure accuracy, consistency,



and attention to detail across all proposal, presentations, and bid management activities

- Strong understanding of Market Research methodologies and industry practices
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop explicit and compelling business content
- Ability to manage multiple proposals, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality and compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Qualifications and Experience

- Postgraduate degree in Market Research, Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Presales, Proposal Management, Bid Management, Market Research, or Business Development
- Hands-on experience managing end-to-end proposal submission processes, including RFQs and RFPs
- Prior experience in team management and client handling
