- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in fitting and fabrication work, preferably in fan or electrical equipment manufacturing.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of fabrication, marking, cutting, drilling, grinding, fitting, and assembly.
- Ability to use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Measuring Tape.
- Knowledge of dimensions, tolerances, and component measurements.
- Experience in fitting and assembly of fan components such as housings, brackets, frames, and other fabricated parts.
- Basic welding knowledge (MIG/ARC) will be an added advantage.
- Ability to maintain quality standards and follow workshop safety practices.
