TestDel is a growing software testing and quality assurance company supporting enterprise clients with complex technology transformation and digital delivery programmes.

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors & Payroll Test Analyst to join our testing team and support ongoing SAP releases, HR system enhancements, payroll testing, and integration activities.

The successful candidate will work closely with Test Leads, SAP functional consultants, HR stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure high-quality delivery across enterprise SAP environments.

Role Overview

As an SAP SuccessFactors & Payroll Test Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing testing activities across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP Payroll, and related integrations.

The role will involve supporting SAP biannual releases (1H and 2H), payroll validation, system enhancements, regression testing, and end-to-end HR business processes.

We are seeking a hands-on tester who can independently understand business requirements, identify test scenarios, execute tests, investigate defects, and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesSAP SuccessFactors Release Testing

- Review and analyse SAP SuccessFactors 1H and 2H release notes.
- Perform release impact assessments and identify affected business processes.
- Develop and execute functional, regression, and integration test scenarios.
- Validate configuration changes, workflows, business rules, and system enhancements.
- Perform testing across SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules.
- Support release readiness, testing sign-off, and post-release validation.

SAP Payroll Testing





- Design and execute test scenarios covering end-to-end payroll processes.
- Validate payroll calculations, earnings, deductions, tax, and statutory contributions.
- Test employee lifecycle events impacting payroll, including hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Perform payroll regression testing following configuration changes and system releases.
- Support payroll parallel testing, reconciliation, and discrepancy analysis.
- Validate data exchange between Employee Central and SAP Payroll systems.
- Test payroll interfaces, data transfers, and error-handling scenarios.

Integration & End-to-End Testing

- Validate integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, and other enterprise systems.
- Test inbound and outbound interfaces, including APIs, IDocs, and SAP CPI integrations.
- Develop end-to-end test scenarios covering HR and payroll business processes.
- Identify integration failures, data inconsistencies, and process defects.

Test Management & Reporting

- Prepare and maintain test cases, test scripts, test data, and execution evidence.
- Execute System Integration Testing (SIT), regression testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Log, track, retest, and manage defects through resolution.
- Maintain requirements traceability and testing documentation.
- Provide regular testing progress reports, risks, blockers, and defect updates.
- Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and project stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP testing experience.
- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central testing.
- Practical experience in SAP Payroll or Employee Central Payroll testing.




- Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors releases, upgrades, or enhancements.
- Good understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle events.
- Experience with payroll integration and data validation.
- Solid knowledge of functional, integration, regression, SIT, and UAT testing.
- Experience designing test cases independently from business requirements.
- Familiarity with qTest, or similar testing tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) or SAP HCM Payroll.
- Knowledge of SAP CPI / Integration Suite, APIs, and IDocs.
- Experience supporting global HR and payroll transformation programmes.
- Familiarity with payroll parallel runs and reconciliation.
- Experience with Tricentis Tosca or other SAP test automation tools.
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working with international business stakeholders.
