About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and passionate Flutter Developer Executive to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart. You will work on live client projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver robust, user-friendly mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
- Design and implement responsive, seamless, and user-friendly mobile UI screens.
- Integrate REST APIs, third-party SDKs, and work with complex JSON data structures.
- Architect scalable codebases using MVC or MVVM design patterns following clean code principles.
- Manage state efficiently using state management solutions (Provider, GetX, Riverpod, or Bloc).
- Conduct debugging, issue resolution, and performance tuning for existing applications.
- Utilize Git / GitHub for version control, code reviews, and collaborative development.
- Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers to deliver features on schedule.
- Handle app building, testing, and assist with Android/iOS app store deployments.

Requirements





- Proven hands-on experience building mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
- Strong understanding of MVC / MVVM architecture and mobile software design patterns.
- Proficiency in REST API integration, JSON parsing, and asynchronous programming.
- Strong grasp of Flutter state management techniques (Provider, GetX, Riverpod, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git / GitHub.
- Portfolio of at least 2–3 published or functional Flutter projects.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
- Personal laptop is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Good to Have

- Experience with Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Push Notifications, Analytics).
- Prior experience with app testing and deployment on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
