- Make outbound calls to potential clients, shippers, and carriers in the US market.
- Generate new business opportunities and develop strong client relationships.
- Negotiate freight rates and close profitable deals.
- Coordinate with carriers and customers to ensure smooth shipment operations.
- Follow up with clients and carriers regarding shipment status and requirements.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and business partners.
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in international calling, international sales, or freight brokerage is preferred.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and handling clients.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Willingness to work night shifts according to US business hours.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
