We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and skilled Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, preparing drawings, coordinating with clients and project teams, and ensuring that projects meet design requirements, building regulations, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, floor plans, elevations, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant design software.
- Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design compliance.
- Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable design solutions.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Assist in project planning, material selection,



and design presentations.
- Maintain project documentation and meet project deadlines.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software such as Revit, SketchUp, or 3ds Max.
- Strong knowledge of building planning, construction methods, and architectural detailing.
- Good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively with a team.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of design and aesthetics.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
