We are looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to handle customer enquiries, check product availability, and assist with basic billing and software operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to product-related enquiries.
- Check product availability and stock details using the company’s software.
- Provide accurate information about product prices, availability, and related details.
- Assist customers with order enquiries and coordinate with the relevant departments.
- Perform basic billing and invoice-related tasks.
- Use company software for checking stock, entering customer details, and updating order information.
- Maintain proper records of customer calls, enquiries, and orders.
- Ensure polite and qualified communication with customers.
Requirements
- Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge .
- Ability to learn and use billing software and inventory management systems.
- Basic understanding of billing procedures is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Malayalam communication skills are preferred.
