We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & GST Executive to manage invoicing, receivables, taxation compliance, and customer payment follow-ups. The candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, invoice processing, and accounting coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and manage Proforma Invoices and Tax Invoices
- Handle complete Accounts Receivable activities
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments
- Prepare and monitor customer balance outstanding reports
- Calculate and reconcile TDS receivable
- Follow up with customers for pending TDS certificates
- Manage TDS payable entries and quarterly reconciliations
- Assist in GST filing and GST reconciliations
- Verify invoices, payment receipts, and accounting records
- Coordinate with internal departments for billing and collections
- Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports
- Ensure compliance with statutory and taxation requirements

Qualification

- M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent/CA Inter
- 4–8 years of experience in Accounts & Taxation

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in aviation/service industry preferred
- Ability to independently handle receivables and taxation activities
- Good analytical and reporting skills

Salary

As per industry standards and experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
